Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for:
* The development & growth of various special market channels - hospitality, corporate and special markets. Sales Management will be directly responsible for Sales of hospitality products within hospitality and B2B market. Additionally, you will collaborate with hospitality reseller channel partners in order to penetrate hospitality channel.
* Strategic Corporate Relations- Identity, establish and maintain strategic business relationships at the corporate level of high value hospitality companies in support of the overall Samsung Hospitality business.
* Business Planning- Develop annual business plan to support sustainable profitable growth of business.
* Vision for growth to be applied as tangible actions. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Integral to this role is the ability to collaborate with distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations and marketing departments.
* Identify, develop, maintain, and leverage key decision maker/ C level relationships within mid-market and key strategic end-customers.
* Manage relationships and drive sales revenue to identified key end users in conjunction with our strategic B2B channel partners.
* Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations & product demonstration
* Develop and maintain partnerships between the company and end-customers through the management of sales process, negotiation of contracts and ongoing technical support relationships
* Report on all sales activity and provide assessment of revenue opportunity along with model and unit forecast.
* Maintain working knowledge of all IT B2B products (Hospitality TV's, Smart signage, hand held phones, tablets, printers, laptops, memory, desktop display, wearable) vertical solutions, and business market trends.
* Perform long range planning to increase product placement, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results and achievement of assigned sales targets
* Work independently and travel up to 70% of the time.
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Experience Required:
* Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience. 5-7 years experience in product and business management experience in consumer electronics industry, preferably directly related to hospitality and associated channel dynamics and specific technologies.
* 5-7 years IT B2B outside sales experience calling on end customers with a focus within the Hospitality and Entertainment vertical
* Experience closing larger (multi-million dollar) deals + smaller transactional deals
* Must possess a strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence
* Sales Planning and business planning a must.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Must be able to work independently as well as with existing sales team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform (Salesforce is plus)
* Microsoft Office skills required (Excel and PowerPoint advanced)
* Strong sales and account management capability.
* Ability to travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 70% of the time)
