Maintenance Manager

Seeking someone who is good with their hands and has goodness in their heart. Our Maintenance Manger is responsible for maintaining and repairing the physical structure of our building, all apartments, and landscaped grounds. Under your guidance, a safe and clean environment will be maintained at all times. A background in building structure standards, HVAC, water and safety regulations, and coding expenses a must. A spirit of cooperation and compassion is expected of every team member at Highgate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
21+ years of age
Two (2) years' experience in maintenance-related work
Health screening and finger printing (CA and AZ only)
Current TB test
Possession of/or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
Possession of/or ability to obtain Food Handler's permit within 30 days of hire
Negative criminal record/background statement
Ability to see, hear, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continuously during work hours
Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, occasionally more
Meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
Basic computer and email skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be flexible in hours or days of work
